美国站品牌备案后,投诉跟卖结果自己listing被下架,申诉无果,联系客服想修改回原品牌名也无法修改,该如何解决?

7月初将品牌名B备案后,把一个热销产品品牌名联系客服由原来的A修改成了B,然后有跟卖就投诉了, 结果自己的listing被下架,绩效通知说是需要修正品牌名,再联系listing-evaluation@amazon.com申诉。联系服务商查内部原因也说是因为品牌名篡改而被下架。
我们先是提供资料申诉证明这个B品牌是我们备案过的,提供了备案caseID号和备案成功的截图,要求亚马逊解封ASIN,邮件发给了绩效团队和listing-evaluation@amazon.com,他们回复“请看上一封邮件”。
后来准备把品牌名再修改回A,承认是我们篡改,但是运营用表格修改多次都无法成功,联系客服修改时,客服又说这个品牌是我们备案了的,他们无权限把一个产品的品牌名从已经备案的B修改成没备案的A,让我们再重新去联系另外一个团队notice@amazon.com申诉。
这感觉像是一个死局。亚马逊说我们是篡改,申诉无效,想修改成原品牌名也无法修改。
如果是联系notice@amazon.com, 那就等于是联系另外一个团队了,不知道希望如何。
求大神支招,该如何解决这个难题?
是应该联系notice@amazon.com重新申诉还是有别的办法可以修改品牌名回A?
有人发生过类似情况吗?都是如何解决的?是否是我们申诉提供的细节还不够多?请大神指点。

The email attachment are evidence about my appeal to reactivate my listing: brand certification, product and UPC certification, screenshot of the emails.(创建产品的时候 亚马逊发的邮件)
The brand XXX in my listing is my own brand, and the brand I have already added Amazon. This ASIN xxx was once sold by other sellers, probably for this reason my listing has been removed In error
I have reported violation in: Jul 07,2019 5:30 PMT Jul 04,2019 5:16 PMT.(改成那天投诉的时间,邮件可以看到) Complaint ID: (投诉那次的ID) Then I received an email from listings-evaluation@amazon.com: ASIN: XXX Attribute Needing Correction: Brand.
I have learnt "Product detail page rules" in Seller Central Help, and carefully checked my listing. I have followed the instructions in the email to modify my product and product detail page to ensure they do not violate Amazon listing policies. Then I replied to the mail.
My listing has not violated amazon’s selling policies. I’m the owner of brand XXX,I’ve been following the products details page rules strictly,and i’ve carefully checked my list before I release the product to make sure they don't violate the Amazon listing policy. In the future I will continue to abide by Amazons rules.
Please check the attachments in the email, looking forward to your survey results, and please help me to reactivate my listing, thank you very much.Looking forward to your reply

英文是图片转化过来,可能会有一些问题。中心意思就是证明这是正常的修改,证明是亚马逊弄错了。
根据卖家反馈,要给listing团队和绩效团队分别写信,亚马逊最后的回复是恢复销售。
