一早收到邮件【美国商标申请序列号976XXXXX-错误、粗糙或错误的命名警告】应该怎么去处理？

今天凌晨扫了一下邮件，看到了一个美国商标局发来的邮件。一下子睡意全无，莫不是商标暴雷了？
我是第一次遇到这个问题，这个是不是商标暴雷，问题大不大的，我这边应该怎么去处理这个事情。求大佬们帮帮小弟。

FALSE, FRAUDULENT, OR MISTAKEN DESIGNATION ADVISORY – NO RESPONSE REQUIRED
SERIAL NUMBER: 976XXXXX
ISSUE DATE: December 16, 2024
This trademark record includes attorney and correspondence information that is associated with Brian N. XXXXX, who was falsely, fraudulently, or mistakenly designated as a representative for an applicant, registrant, or party to a proceeding without the attorney's prior authorization. Thus, pursuant to 37 CFR §2.17(b)(4), the designation shall have no effect, and the attorney is not recognized.
Accordingly, where applicable, any attorney or correspondence information, including email addresses, associated with this attorney was removed from the trademark record. All future correspondence from the USPTO will be sent to the correspondence address now of record, unless updated in accordance with trademark rules. See 37 C.F.R. §2.18; TMEP §609.
All foreign-domiciled trademark applicants, registrants, or parties to Trademark Trial and Appeal Board proceedings must be represented by an attorney who is an active member in good standing of the bar of the highest court of any U.S. state or jurisdiction. 更新一下服务商给的回复：‘’这个核实清楚了，当时变更律师的时候是律师助理用律师授权的账号操作的，律师不知情所以把代理取消了，你的商标已经下证了，也已经备过案了，没有任何影响，不需要操作什么‘’
然后通过论坛认识的另外一个卖家收到的回复：‘’律师掉了，应该是美国那边搞的，近期不是要涨官费嘛，可能就是想整点经费呗 而且 圣诞节。‘’
这是同一个服务商给出两种不同说法，如果是同一个说法，还更有底一点。现在两种不同的说辞，愣了。持怀疑是不是为了敷衍我们。

针对商标律师暴雷的解决方法：
1.注册新标（同名不同类 持有人不同）关联备案。
2.换靠谱真实的执业律师。
3.在新店铺（或者新的买家号）备案新标，做品牌授权。
