1dMy AU account was deactivated since last year July. The only email I got was they could not verify my credit card file and then it disappeared from my seller central. No appeal option because I could not log in or access my AU market. Could not open any case because could not access. Tried to reach seller performance but not response back. Tried to create case through this link https://sellercentral.amazon.c ... K8I17 1, but either got reply saying could not find my email registered in AU account, or something as below:

Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,

Thank you for contacting us regarding the removal of your selling privileges.

To appeal this restriction, follow the steps below:

In Seller Central, go to Performance and click Account Health.
At the top of the Account Health page, click Reactivate your account.
Follow the instructions within the page to submit your appeal.
Click Submit to send your completed appeal to Amazon.

If you would like to submit additional information to the appeal, you can go to the Account Health page and click ‘View Appeal’. From there, you can upload the additional information or documentation to your appeal. To view the Account Health page, use the link below: https://sellercentral.amazon.c ... oard.

The problem is when I click this link seller central provided, it still directs me to JP account instead. No option for me to appeal.

The whole timeline about my AU account is as below:

[May 22nd 2020] I was invited to register in AU market, and I registered successfully, I was charged successfully.

[May 24th 2020] Two days later I got suspended because you found a related account that cannot sell on your site (my JP account was deactivated as I did not finish my registration on JP)

[June 29th 2020] I submitted all the information for my JP account and appealed in JP market. JP reopened my account. And then the same day my AU account became active. I did not appeal yet, but the AU market just got active automatically

[July 14th 2020] I got the email from amazon AU said you cannot verify my credit card on file (which was charged successfully on May 22), then my AU site completely disappear on my seller central(screenshot attached) I have no access to support and cannot log in at all. Meanwhile my JP account was suspended because of related account.

[July 16th 2020] I appeal in JP account and got reopened again.

However, I never got my AU account back since July 14 and I tried to send my credit card information to this email many times: seller-performance@amazon.com.au

[Sep 1st, 2020] Case 2126834643 replied from Amazon Selling Partner Support, saying “Regarding your issue about AU suspended account, we found you have not registered on AU successfully though our tool.

Until today I am still trying to reach AU seller performance, but either no response or telling me to appeal.

How could I appeal if I could not even access the account?

I did not start to sell on AU market for a single day. I applied that account just because I received the invitation email last year from Amazon and I thought there was no harm applying more marketplaces just in case I might expand in the future. Why I suffered so much from it.

Ever since that, my JP account & MX account were all affected. And it might also affect my US/CA account in the future. I am so desperate and upset. Could anyone help?

I want to solve the problem, can’t verify the credit card in the provided file, but I can’t log in using website: sellercentral.amazon.com.au

Due to the man couldn’t verify the credit card, so they deactive the seller account in Au, they asked me providing the proofs to appeal, but I didn’t do that, because Autralia doesn’t have sales, so I gave up, now all sites closed, and told me if I don’t active the site in Australia, then they don’t active the seller acounts, US, MX, CA, Singapore, Ja, Brazil, SA,

So I had to active the account in Australia, but there is a bad thing, I can’t go into the seller account in Australia, actually it is combine with Singapore, please go through the picture

I tried to contact the seller support, they also don’t know why, or they can’t solve the probel, asked me to contact the seller support, Ok, but I can’t go into the site, so who I should contact!

I think it is amazon problem, not us, their system has the problem, need to fix!

I need help to active all sites!!!
