首先诚恳的表达歉意,然后说明为了弥补顾客已经重新发货了。最后,表达希望顾客收到货后,如果对产品和服务满意,希望他重新给我们一次机会,留下中肯的意见(pertinent opinion)。信函里面千万不要有敏感字review,否则容易被系统判违规。
