2个不同资料注册的账户关联,如何申诉?是否有遇到一样情况的朋友指点迷津,请教大家,万分感谢

情况如下:2个账户,A和B
A和B在注册亚马逊的时候,用的是完全不一致的资料注册的。

近期A账户因为产品被判违禁品,销售违禁品被永久停用。
B账户收到关联邮件,说关联A账户。
B账户没有跟卖A账户的任何产品,完全与A账户是没有任何关系。

仔细检查A和B账户的资料,完全不一致。
1:初步认为A账户和B账户地址关联的可能,A账户和B账户地址是同一栋楼,门牌号不一致。A账户某某楼318,B账户某某楼618,会不会是地址关联的可能?

2:申诉问题:A账户现在的情况是很难申诉回来,申诉B账户只能通过2个思路:
1:选项2:曾经拥有该帐户/曾经是权利所有者但不再拥有它/不再拥有帐户权利。
2:被误停用,证明和A账户没有任何关系。

请问哪个思路申诉的成功率会高一些?

这种账户关联有没有申诉成功的可能?

[b]如果能排除非同套资料,那么单独救B也不是不行,我们目前成功的上百起案例中,绝大部分都是单独救关联被封店铺,之前的违规账号基本都放弃了,其实关联这种问题多说无益,A-B之间关联,A因为违规被封店,B受到牵连,触发关联封店,这种A救不回来的情况下,只一个办法,就是单独申诉B(同套资料关联,属于死胡同,几乎无解,这里讲的是关联到非同套资料、不认识的店铺等)
以下分享三个关联申诉模板给您,希望能帮到您,但前提是千万不要照抄

一、This is our first time to sign up for the Amazon Europe site. We asked our Amazon account Manager why our account was closed. He told us that our account is associated with another account amazon. Because I have to go on business trips regularly,

Amazon has 24 hours to reply to the information of client, so I purchased an Aliyun Remote server IP (ECS), Today, I went to ask their customer service. They said that their IP address will be recycled. We can't confirm whether it is just because our address was previously registered Amazon account by someone else, but this is out of our control, cause we can’t check the IP that how it use before, can you understand?

Before buying (ECS) IP, we can't check what this IP used to do. We are very sorry for this, we will not use this ip operation account in the future. We will re-purchase a new network cable to log in to our account to avoid your concerns.

We have provided you with all the information of our company to prove that we are the first time to register an Amazon account Europe , please check our information carefully.

But now my account is blocked because of this account associate with other accounts, I can provide information related to the account to prove our innocence, I hope you can reinstate my account?

二、Dear Amazon,

Thank you for opportunity of appealing and reviewing our account.

For the further, better development, we had taken steps to solve the problem and all the measures had been implemented.

On 24 Aug 2017,,When we received your notifications,it draws our highly attention.We have analyzed the reasons and taken a series of measures to solve this problem.

First, I am foolish to lend my credit card to my friend (bound to the US buyer account), because of the trust between friends, I am willing to pay for a friend’s merchandise, but I do not know this will make my account Freeze until the warning letter arrives, I know my approach is very stupid, my friends know also very regret after, my dear Amazon please check your friend’s buyer account is candicelin549@gmail.com. We have deleted The credit card information added by the buyer’s account will not affect the payment function of the seller’s account.

Please believe that this seller account is my own registered, I only have a seller account!

Second, we have 4,000 products in the warehouse, here is all my possessions, i will be ready to send to the FBA, prepare for the Amazon season, if i can not sell the product on top of me, i will lose everything for me, my family Everything around life. Please,Please,We expect amazon to be able to treat us as appropriate

a new seller, we need to continue to strengthen the study of Amazon policy and guarantee this problem does not happen again

1.我司在今年2月11日收到了招商经理注册邀请,我完成了视频验证及明信片验证,直到1月31日才完成创建我的亚马逊账户,这是我第一次注册亚马逊。(请查看我所提交的证据)

2.由于亚马逊是我司拓展的新业务,只聘请了一位员工全权负责此账号的管理和运营,并且至今无人事变动。(请查看聘用合同)

3.我司1月起从选品、采购、运营全流程均由一位人员全权负责。(请查看采购发票据)

4.从完成注册账号以来,我司账号一直在一台电脑登录,并未更换过电脑,电脑IP:XXXXX。(请查看IP截图证据)

5.通过账户状况团队提供的线索,我们审查发现我司法人:XXX,同时担任深圳市XXXX有限公司的监事,但XXX公司为自然人独资企业,而XXX并不持有股份,也不是受益人,所以并没有违反亚马逊的政策。

6.我司营业执照、法人身份及地址证明所有资料真实有效,独立办公环境,所以并不存在虚假资料或账号信息泄露。(请查看公司地址证明、法人地址证明)

以上所述包括证据均为真实有效,我司可负相关法律责任。
