法院冻结资金，按绩效中的电话打过去，结果发现是大厦前台电话，电话也没人接。然后这个绩效中没有邮件地址，也没有律所的名字。不知道怎么联系上对方，感觉这人就是完全为了搞账户余额，完全就不打算接收和解

昨天一个产品被下架，收到绩效信息如下：

我们后来又找到一个他们在深圳注册的一家公司(图片中就是他们在中国的公司，还是一家外资公司)，打中国这个电话也没人接，现在完全不知道怎么联系上对方，感觉这人就是完全为了搞账户余额，完全就不打算接收和解。
另外邮件中也只收到亚马逊发过来的一个邮件，没有律所发过来的邮件。

你根据下面建议 你自己判定
1.想要货。如果你觉得资金不多，店铺还有链接不咋值钱，就移仓换标，换店铺卖
2.货多店铺也值钱，压得资金也有点多，单个和解的费用一般是2000$以上。一般你这案例都会有很多家店铺被同时被投诉，看你能不能通过某些侵权群找到和你一样的卖家，一样的侵权案例情况的，可以抱团一起去找对方和解，这样算下来的律师代理费用是最少的， 我之前合作的一个代理律师就是1500人民币一个店铺，是蛮多人一起凑的团。1500人民币是律师的代理费用，但是后面你的代理律师还要和对方谈和解，这就需要你出最后的和解费。所以算下来就是律师代理费+和解金
3.最省钱的方法，但是花费的时间长点。我本人处理和对方和解。自己去联系对方律师的邮箱，谈和解金。（重点圈起来：自己发邮件的邮箱要假装自己的律师身份，表明你自己是被投诉方的代理律师，否则你将收不到回复，因为美国律师需要一个对等的懂法律的人和他对话，不和当事人谈，对方律师喜欢和己方律师谈），最后谈的和解费是最少的。也没有律师代理费用，可以耗两个月去和对方谈。 最后你要给的费用就是和解金
最后双方达成和解的情况下，你打钱到他们提供的银行账号，一般派安盈就可以打款。你让对方去法院撤诉，之后亚马逊会恢复你的提款权限了
