亚马逊秋后算账,去年翻新的链接3.25号收到了绩效通知:您的账户已被停用,瑟瑟发抖。不知道有没有同行卖家也收到了类似绩效通知,准备按要求提供一切详细的申诉资料

We have observed that you have, directly or with the help of third parties acting on your behalf, modified ASINs attributes or shifted inventory across ASINs in violation of Amazon’s Seller Code of Conduct.

绩效通知说的很清楚了,是因为翻新导致的挂号,之前我们确实因为滞销翻新了不少链接,没想到时隔半年亚马逊的秋后算账就来了,瑟瑟发抖。不知道有没有同行卖家也收到了类似绩效通知,准备按要求提供一切详细的申诉资料。有需要的话,后续会更新申诉进度。
 
果然,做亚马逊还是不能抱着侥幸的心理违规,被抓是迟早的事。现在市面上翻新这么便宜,还是得慎用。另外BD如今也是白菜价了,不知道违规创建的会不会哪天也被抓了。
 
4.1更新
第一封申诉已经收到了亚马逊的回复:
Your Amazon Seller account remains deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been removed. Funds will not be transferred to you. This decision was made after reviewing your account, the information you provided, and your previous submissions.

下周准备继续提交第二封申诉。
 
针对评论的补充说明:
1.是找服务商翻新的
2.整个账号就翻新了一个ASIN,情况是库存多卖不动,没有变狗
3.服务商在后台就开了一个电话case
4.你们说开了很多case挂号的那种,一年前我就遇到过了,当时是另一个账号,服务商后台开了200多个case,亚马逊封号的理由是滥用卖家支持,联系太多次了,然后我自己申诉了一个月账号才搞回来。这次显然情况不一样,已经指明了是转移库存。
 
按照邮箱提交的第二次和第三次申诉都没有收到任何回复,后台账户状况那里的申诉也提交,也是没有收到任何回复。完了,感觉要石沉大海了,真的没有同行因为翻新被封号的么?我这个账号就只有这一条链接唯一的违规操作也只有翻新。我不担心我的申诉被亚马逊给驳回,我担心的是亚马逊完全不鸟我,拒绝沟通了。
