最近账号产品连续被库存调查,一种是下架的没有购物车,说是零配件调查;另外一种是不下架的,客户反馈内部调查,产品都是正常卖的,退货率都是百分二三左右,会不会是恶搞?有什么办法可以尽快催一下仓库调查尽快

没办法催亚马逊团队审核,遇到审核,一般有两种情况,一种是亚马逊扫描到了,另外的就是买家投诉,后者很常见,虽然买家之声的投诉率不是很高,但是不高,只要有人投诉了,他们就会处理,实在觉得有点久了,那么在后台开case问一下,或者通过亚马逊招商经理或者运营经理帮你问问,有经理扶持的话,基本都可以问到是什么原因,也好提前准备安全认证。
