销售出去的产品对消费者造成人身伤害,但是消费者提供不出证据?大家怎么看??

Hi!  I am a young man with a medical condition that can intermittently interferes with my balance. It was decided that I should use some type of walking aid by my Doctors.  After comparing Hurrycanes with my grandma my girlfriend and I decided that I could use something more appropriate for my age. I chose your product and was able to use the first one for only several weeks before it disintegrated.  I then thought maybe I just got a bad stick and the other would be much better based on your quality reviews.  The second time your product disintegrated while I was using it to help me navigate slowly down a flight of stairs.  The disintegration of your product at that time was the direct and proximate cause of several injuries as I tumbled down a flight of concrete stairs and landed on my head with a severe concussion and serious damage to both of my feet and ankles.  I am sitting here with $25,000 of medical bills due to the poor quality of your product and your companies direct negligence.  I would like to keep this out of the courts but would not hesitate to seek legal assistance and pursue a case against your company should that be necessary.  Due to HIPPA related concerns I will be unable to provide you with any further information.  How do you suggest we resolve this very serious issue?
