无法修改listing标题,后台填的是对的了,前台一直还是显示原来那个标题。显示您请求更新的属性已被 ASIN 当前所在品牌的另一位代表声明

我们有个2个账户,A账户是品牌备案,B账户是由A账户品牌授权的,授权的角色是Administrator, Rights Owner。

有1条listing只在B账户有售卖(A账户没有卖的),现在需要修改标题,但是一直改不过来。后台填的是对的了,前台一直还是显示原来那个标题。

让客户刷新修改,一直回复:

Please understand that we are unable to make updates per your request; instead, we recommend that you reach out to the account of the winning contributor in order to agree on the changes. 
 
Once you both brand representatives conclude on the new values, the other account can make the necessary updates via Seller Central. Your patience and understanding in this matter are highly appreciated. To help us continually improve, we ask that you take a moment to complete our survey below to tell us about your experience with this specific interaction.

我又在A账户跟卖了listing,修改标题,前台还是没有更新。在A账户开case让客服更新, 回复也是差不多:

We understand that this could be an inconvenience. We will certainly work on this issue to provide resolution right away.
