Thanks for your concerning to own account. We are sorry for that we were selling the product that Amazon prohibit. We listed this product on Amazon on March 3, 2022 and we deleted it on March 5, 2022. Please kindly confirm.

1.Detail root cause of the policy violation
The product is a hand wash gel, with the COVID-19 coronavirus spreading world-widely, the world is going through a very difficult moment which demands the utmost care and attention from all of us. Our selling staff is a new-comer, who is not familiar enough with Amazon policy. She searched there are lots of hand wash gels on sale. And she think hand wash gel may be useful for people to reduce the risk of infection. So she listed the product on Amazon platform on March 3, 2022. We concluded the root cause of this policy violation is our selling staff’s lack of Amazon policy acknowledge.
2.Confirm that we have removed or removed all offending items from our inventory
After receiving this notification, we checked our inventory immediately again and we confirmed the product was deleted on March 5, 2022. And we removed all offending items that Amazon doesn’t allow to sell from our inventory. Please kindly check.
3.Steps have taken to prevent similar violations in the future
1)We read the policy of Amazon restricted products in the help page of the seller platform.
2)After reading the policy of Amazon restricted products, now we understand our responsibilities. When we sell products on Amazon, we are responsible for ensuring that all of our products are sold in compliance with local, market, federal laws and regulations, and Amazon policies.
3)And we will keep up-to-date information such as Laws, regulations and policies will be adjusted over time, and different markets have different regulations that need to be adhered to, so it is necessary for us to regularly update the latest information on this sales market. And we will pay special attention to regulatory differences in different markets.
4)We will keep up-to-date information training to our staff. After experiencing this policy violation, we know the importance of policy training. So we plan to arrange weekly training about Amazon prohibited products policy to ensure the staff are familiar with it, so that we can avoid this kind of policy violation in the future.
5)We checked our account health metrics.
ODR: 0.95%, which is below the target of 1%
Late Dispatch Rate: 0%, its target is below 4%
Pre-fulfilment Cancellation Rate: 0. its target is below 2.5%
All of the metrics are meeting with Amazon requirement. And honestly speaking, the ASIN violated the policy was removed totally before this account review notification.
