1.该账户有几个绩效问题,因为之前不是很懂政策,有涉嫌侵犯品牌的绩效,以及违反受限商品政策的绩效。
2.由于是自发货账户,之前贪便宜(为了多点利润),使用的是燕wen的半程追踪的物流方式,导致了近期很多顾客未收到的邮件,不过基本都是第一时间给退款了。同时账户的有效追踪率(VTR)偏低
