产品下架被亚马逊下架的5个常见原因和应对技巧
第一种 例行检查
没有任何邮件,没有小红旗,毫无征兆突然就下架,产品后台显示可售(也有可能显示不可售),但是前台就是不见。一般都是亚马逊抽查,抽到你这个SKU,叫做“under review”,这种情况一般要3-7个工作日才能上架。
原因:亚马逊例行检查程序,一般针对没有品牌备案的卖家。之前是有邮件通知的,现在没有了。
应对:
1. 可以找客服确认是不是在“under review”状态,如果是,只能等。
2. 跟卖的这个下架ASIN,这样可以保持曝光,减少损失
3. 抽查一般都是没有品牌的卖家,建议备案品牌
第二种 产品缺陷率高于1%
当产品过去30天产品缺陷率高于1%,卖家就会有收到以下邮件(在后台首页有个红色小红旗标记)。
应对:
1. 后台重新上架即可
2. 严重点的,需要填一个以下的原因和改善表格,然后relist 产品即可
第三种 价格错误
亚马逊检测到价格偏高或者偏低,影响市场秩序,也会被下架,亚马逊发出的邮件如下:
应对:修改正确价格即可。
1. 但是如果你的价格是正确,却误认为价格错误,找客服解决即可(但是现在中国的客服知识水平差距很大,有些基本什么都不懂的,建议多问几个)
2. 或者写邮件到Listing-error-feedback@amazon.com 申诉
第三种 产品所有权证明
这种情况,有些会先下架,有些不会下架,但是都会收到以下邮件。
应对:亚马逊要什么资料就给什么资料好了。需要证明产品是你的,或者是有工厂供应的。主要是针对没有品牌备案的卖家(所以各位还是注册品牌吧)

第四种 安全问题
只要涉及安全问题的,亚马逊都是比较重视的,一定是先下架的,一般都是电子类产品居多。以下是亚马逊发来的邮件(在后台首页有个红色小红旗标记)。
应对:老老实实认错,写出现这个问题的原因,还有改正方法,以下是模板(听说这个价值5000元呢)
Dear Amazon,
We are very shocked when we got the notification on7 Feb 2017 that inform us “ this listings (Asin:B0*****) have removedbecause of complaints about the safety of an FBA item ourcustomer received from us.”It is the firsttime that we have received this kind of complaint after we have sold ove r250 products.
We set out to investigate the cause of the problem immediately.Meanwhile, I have sent 3 Emails to our guests to learnspecific causes and more information. However, maybe our customer didnot notice this email box, our customer didn't respond to us. We have followour customer’s requestment to full refund.
Through our analysis, the only reason might be the bulb problem. Butthis bulb has LED Lamp.And our products have relatedcertification, so the reasons are listed as following:
1. On the one hand, It might be that this
product takes a long time to work and light by our customer, whichlead to this bulb have long time heating and high temperature.
2. On the other hand, The item might be damaged during theshipping due to improper transmission and other reasons.
The Action Plan: We are taking the following steps to improve our performance:
1. First of all, We will enhance the quality inspection, andasked the supplier to extend the durability of the test time, making the lamp’sduration lasts from 5 hours to 8 hours. Meanwhile, we will improve the Heat resistance ofthe bulb. For substandard products, we will change the model.
2. Most importantly, We will described inside therelevant recommendations in the product details one-time use of timeshall not exceed 8 hours, more than 8 hours, need to rest 2 hours to bootagain. This increases the life of the product, thereby reducing the risk ofinsecurity.
3. Finally, We will thicken the product packaging. We willadd more foam in the original product packaging to prevent thebreak, prevent shock, and resistance to pressure thusavoiding are damaged by the products and other undesirablefactors.

PS: 这个是因为客户投诉引起的。这就很多时候被恶意卖家利用了,所以大家一定要注意!如何利用我不能说,邪门外道我不会公布的。
需要提醒的是:以我的经验,一般都要两次邮件才可以恢复。第一次邮件,亚马逊都会再要求你提供一次,其实都是一样的东西,你再提供一次就是。然后邮件再修改一下即可。亚马逊这么做,我估计是试探卖家重视程度,要他们重视这样的事情。如果一次邮件都解决,卖家就觉得简单,就对产品没有要求了。
