Account locked- 卖家账户被锁定 原因是买家账户被锁定。听说最近这种情况比较多,还请大家集思广益

2023年6月20日更换了店铺的2步验证绑定号码,然后过了几分钟就收到邮件说:

Hello, We have suspended your Amazon account. Why did this happen? We took this measure because the information available to us indicates that you may have provided inaccurate information to Amazon or otherwise used the account in violation of the Amazon conditions of use policy. Has this action been taken in error? If you would like to appeal this decision, please reply to this email and we will further investigate. Account Specialist Amazon.com https://www.amazon.com

回复了邮件后当天又收到回复:

Hello, After a review of the information provided by you, we have taken the decision to suspend your Amazon account. We took this measure because the information available to us indicates that you may have provided inaccurate information to Amazon or otherwise used the account in violation of the Amazon conditions of use policy. We will not reply to further emails about this issue. Account Specialist Amazon.com https://www.amazon.com

我的账户卖家账户目前正常,买家账户被锁,导致卖家登录不上。Tips: 亚马逊卖家支持团队告诉我的。
 
后面各种打电话,发邮件,终于在7月10号得到回复说:
 

Hello,
The decision to close your account was made solely by Amazon and you must address your concerns with Amazon.cn.
While this activity is not directly related to your Amazon.com account, we cannot allow you to remain an Amazon.com customer when a partner site has taken this action.

www.amazon.com

MD,我根本就没有在中国亚马逊上开账户啊。当天回复了Account Specialist团队,今天7月19号了还没回复。
1,后台开case 。机械式回复,要我找买家支持团队。
2,   联系卖家支持。也是说在调查,过几天说要我找买家支持团队
3,联系Account Specialist团队。如上
4,给美国亚马逊消费者支持打了30个电话。客服都说没有权限,需要Account Specialist去处理。
 
大神们,如果有相同遭遇的,请给小弟提供一些思路和方案。不胜感激.

买家号问题导致卖家号登录不上,核心问题在买家号,你这个卖家号对应的买家号最近有操作什么吗,这个是买家账号通常被冻结的原因,你可以排查一下

解决办法尝试:
1、提交信用卡账单是登录买家账号的时候提示的,登录买家账户,根据登录界面提示提交信息,看是否有让你提交信用卡账单,信用卡的信息需要和后台的保持一致,可以加个综合信息查询凭证顺带提交

2、买家号没有入口的话,可以发邮件给这些邮箱,这些邮箱是专门处理买家号问题的,顺带提交信用卡账单+凭证:

登录卖家账户的页面也能开case,开那个渠道的case,需要多试几次,说买家号没有第三方登录的情况,顺带提交信用卡账单+凭证

买家支持电话:buyer support 1-877-251-0696,1-866-216-1072
买家号问题导致卖家号登录不上,核心问题在买家号,你这个卖家号对应的买家号最近有操作什么吗,这个是买家账号通常被冻结的原因,你可以排查一下
