账号被锁定,无法登陆后台,打电话过去,叽叽喳喳半天,也没解决,叫我提供地址,我提供了,但是对方说不对,请问有能解决的嘛?

前几天注册的亚马逊账号,还没来得及上商品,账户就被锁定了,提示我异常登陆,我平常就用自己家的电脑和宽带,就是没用紫鸟浏览器而已,就突然这样了。
现在登录不上去,提示:

整理好营业执照,身份证等信息,以及报错截图发信息到 seller-performance-policy@amazon.comaccount-confirmation@amazon.com和  jeff@amazon.com,申请恢复
https://sellercentral.amazon.c ... ct-us  这个连接无法登录卖家账号的,可以用。要求客服帮忙恢复。(用你对应的主邮箱)
 如果是买家号的问题,一般找前台客服帮忙修改可以解决:https://www.amazon.com/hz/contact-us/foresight/hubgateway-csp
