后台链接被莫名其妙删除,问客服也不清楚具体原因,最近被删了4次!做亚马逊这么多年来第一次碰到这种情况,其他人有遇到过吗?从客服口中得知系统最近在更新,可能是BUG,如果是的话我也太倒霉了吧?!

有个链接A从美国同步到加拿大和英国,加拿大没发货,触发了ISED审核,详情页被删除,在申诉中。然后发现这个链接在加拿大的后台被删除了,正常情况都是链接被系统删除,显示“详情页被删除”,但是这个链接还是在后台能找的。现在就是在后台也找不到。导致美国的链接也被删,并且最近美国的这个链接被频繁删除了4次,前2次重新上传能恢复,后面2次都要先在加拿大上传后美国才能上传成功。开了几个case,客服也调查不出原因。
 
英国的这个链接A也发了货,想过去看看,才发现英国的也被删除了。然后我用模板上传,收到了一个邮件:
Greetings from Amazon Seller Support.
We are contacting you regarding a product purge and replace feed you have recently uploaded. If processed, this feed would delete your entire online inventory and replace it by the listings in the uploaded feed. We automatically place these feeds in a paused state until we receive confirmation from you as to whether you would like to proceed or not. I have included the feed details below:

Submitted Date: 2024-08-16 07:56:26 UTC
At your earliest convenience, please let us know if you would like to:
a) proceed with this feed
b) abort it or
c) proceed the feed and completely switch off the alarm for your account.
Just send us "a)", "b)" or "c)" as response to this case.
Please be aware that if we don't receive confirmation from you within 18 hours, we will abort the feed automatically.

这个应该是模板的通知邮件,我回复了C。对方也回复了:

Hello again.
Thank you for your reply to Amazon Seller Support.
We recovered processing of the file and disabled the alarming system.
Please be aware that you will receive no further warnings if a file would delete a greater portion of you online inventory.

然后模板上传完成,报错了,List Price with Tax for Display没填,这个填好再上传应该就会上传成功了。然后精彩的来了,我切到库存页一看,我后台一个链接都没了,之前上传的13个链接都没了!我的A+截图可以证明,在7月30日已经完成了13个asin的品牌故事。
