Hello, We appreciate the information you have provided. However, a review of your account indicates you have listed against detail pages that do not accurately describe your items or are not in accordance with our Condition Guidelines. Before we can consider reinstatement of your selling privileges, please provide us with a detailed account of the steps you will take to ensure your listings comply with our policies.
 
All sellers are responsible for listing items on a product detail page that accurately describes the item in all respects. This includes, among other aspects, brand, manufacturer, UPC, model number, edition, quantity, packaging, and color. Sellers are also responsible for listing their items in accordance with our Condition Guidelines. We developed these guidelines to help set the same expectation of an item and its condition between a buyer and a seller.
 
What you can do
 
Respond to this message with a plan of action that includes the following:
 
1. Description of the issues that caused the complaints. 2. Explanation of the steps you have taken to resolve the issues and ensure that similar complaints won’t happen again. 3. Any additional details you would like us to know. For information on creating and submitting your plan, search “Appeal the Removal of Selling Privileges” in Seller Central Help. What happens next We’ll review the information you send and get back to you with an answer as soon as possible. When we respond, we may ask you for additional details or to revise your plan of action. If your plan of action sufficiently addresses the complaints, we will consider reinstating your selling privileges.

所以我们可以一步步来处理
首先确定自己因何原因导致销售权被移除。
1.订单缺陷率高
2.迟发率高
3.配送前订单取消率高
4.有效追踪率低
5.假冒商品投诉
6.对商品状况的投诉
7.以新品状况销售的二手/已残损商品
8.收到的商品与购买的商品不一样
9.收到的商品已残损
10.商品不完整或少于本应收到的商品。有关更多信息,请参阅商品真伪和质量帮助页面。
11.侵权通知
12.安全事故
13.安全问题(例如将二手商品作为新品出售,或商品与广告描述不一致)
14.商品过期投诉
15.销售促销用途的媒介类商品
16.删除货件,或没有按照入库计划将商品发送给我们。
17.供应商直送违规行为
大概率就是这17类里面的某一个或者某几个,然后接下来你针对这个question你准备怎么处理。
 
问题了解了后,处理的话,机智点。自发货的那些问题就忽略哈,其他几项其实可以参考有新同事/试用期间的员工等不懂规则,仓库打包失误,竞争对手恶意竞争刷我们的产品等等,可自行思考各种可能性,脑洞大开无所谓。
根据以上原因写你需要的办法,处理方式等
 
并且为了防范未来失误,你会怎么怎么预防这些情况发生。
