你可能要核对下邮箱，好久了，不知道他们官方邮箱有没有变化。
我可以把我当时的邮件内容大概发给你看下：

We require the XXXX (你看下你们是在哪家公司做的检测) to help our wifi product to make the IC Certification, but we don't know if this Certification is valid becasue other online supermarket prove this IC number is invalid.

Hardware Version Identification Number (HVIN): XXXX, XXXX, XXXX
The Certification are as attachment. And the information are showed on the IC website as pictures.(你能在官方网站上查到对应的信息，帮你们做认证的人应该也能提供网址给你们的，是加拿大官网) Could you help us to cehck if this certification meets the ISED Canada? If not, could you give us some suggestion to meet the ISED Canada? Thank you so much.

这封邮件给IC局发过去，好像是两天还是三天，他们就给我回复了，大体内容是
Hi
All three products are listed on the Radio Equipment List(REL) as shown below. All three products are certifiedto be sold, imported ad used in Canada.

主要还是他们说的可以在加拿大销售，然后我们就把这个邮件且把带HVIN， IC 编号等符合要求的产品图片，发给亚马逊卖家支持团队，第二天就解封了。
如果你们已经有IC认证，也确实都符合要求，还是没有办法通过审核的。我觉得你可以试试我们这个方式。
