亚马逊经常出现入库数量不对的情况,我这次发货就多了10多个A款产品,少了10多个B款产品,期间客户发来邮件说收错货,联系后客户无退货,应该是事情解决了,分享一下我的邮件

亚马逊经常出现入库数量不对的情况,我这次发货就多了10多个A款产品,少了10多个B款产品,而现在距离可调查日期已经2周了,亚马逊仍然没有回复。

期间客户发来邮件说收错货,联系后客户无退货,应该是事情解决了,分享一下我的邮件:

 Hi Brenda, I‘m sorry for the trouble, it supposed amazon did the wrong fulfillment. If so, your return and resending is free, please don’t worry and contact them. 
Please kindly understand I have no permission to deal with amazon fulfillment order, just by Amazon customer service, and I prepare the details how to contact for you:
For computer:
Login amazon account, click "help" under search column, scroll down to the bottom choose "need more help"- "contact us". Refer to attached image A.
For mobile phone:
Login amazon app, Scroll down to the bottom find: Customer Service, click in and scroll down again to the bottom click "contact us", and you could choose "chat" or ' call". Refer to attached image B.
