店铺因DMCA反通知被封,需要联系投诉方撤诉,请问如何联系投诉人让撤诉,自己联系还是找律师,与投诉方联系的时候 需要注意什么 ,如果联系不到投诉人 或者投诉人不肯撤诉,还有没有其他方法能够拯救店铺的吗

店铺起初是收到一封版权侵权邮件 链接被下架 找了服务商咨询 说可以申诉 问题不大,于是就交给他们处理了,过了一个月链接恢复正常,但估计他们是提交了DMCA, 现在店铺因DMCA反侵权被封,问了亚马逊支持团队 说是投诉方没有撤诉 需要联系投诉方撤诉,投诉方是美国一 知名游戏公司,不是亚马逊公司。

4、一般这种知名美国公司,比较难同意撤诉
 
5、那就申诉店铺了,就是滥用dmca店铺被封的类型,通过率有,但是不高,假如申诉多次不通过,还有最后一条路,就是被封90天后申诉资金,要求法人能配合视频认证才行
 
6、如果撤诉,店铺还是得去提交申诉信申诉,撤诉对于店铺申诉有帮助,可以把对方同意撤诉的邮件和poa一起提交,会增加通过率
