店铺因DMCA反通知被封，需要联系投诉方撤诉，请问如何联系投诉人让撤诉，自己联系还是找律师，与投诉方联系的时候 需要注意什么 ，如果联系不到投诉人 或者投诉人不肯撤诉，还有没有其他方法能够拯救店铺的吗

店铺起初是收到一封版权侵权邮件 链接被下架 找了服务商咨询 说可以申诉 问题不大，于是就交给他们处理了，过了一个月链接恢复正常，但估计他们是提交了DMCA， 现在店铺因DMCA反侵权被封，问了亚马逊支持团队 说是投诉方没有撤诉 需要联系投诉方撤诉，投诉方是美国一 知名游戏公司，不是亚马逊公司。

4、一般这种知名美国公司，比较难同意撤诉
5、那就申诉店铺了，就是滥用dmca店铺被封的类型，通过率有，但是不高，假如申诉多次不通过，还有最后一条路，就是被封90天后申诉资金，要求法人能配合视频认证才行
6、如果撤诉，店铺还是得去提交申诉信申诉，撤诉对于店铺申诉有帮助，可以把对方同意撤诉的邮件和poa一起提交，会增加通过率
