我的品牌在美国商标局成功注册，并且已经成功备案，证书已经拿到了

但是注册这个品牌的主账号中仍然不能使用这个备案成功的品牌，因为需要在店铺中填写注册新品牌的信息，但是迟迟不被通过。

刚开始填写提交注册信息，品牌团队给的回复是说商标类型不准确，刚开始选择的是文字商标，但是似乎是不正确的（我也不知道是文字商标还是图片商标），品牌团队给的回复是：

Dear ,

Thank you for your interest in Amazon Brand Registry. We are unable to approve your application for one or more of the following reasons:

The mark drawing type which you provide in the application not match the mark drawing type from the authority website.
Your trademark is a 5 - AN ILLUSTRATION DRAWING WITH WORD(S) /LETTER(S)/ NUMBER(S) INSTYLIZED FORM，you can find this in http://tsdr.uspto.gov/%23caseN ... earch, but you submitted it as a WORD_MARK in the application, please make correction and re-apply.

If you did not apply for Amazon Brand Registry, contact us through www.amazon-brand-registry.com/contact_us immediately. For any other questions, reply in the Case Log.

客服解释拒绝原因是“标记图类型与授权网站上的标记图类型不匹配”

于是我再次提交注册信息，选择图片商标，再次进行审核，但是收到了品牌团队客服的回复：

To receive the verification code, contact the Trademark Correspondent.  Additionally, the Trademark Correspondent is required to confirm with Brand Registry once they have shared the code with you.

The verification code, along with confirmation from the Trademark Correspondent, will verify that you are approved to enroll ***brand in Brand Registry.

Reply to this case in your Case Log within 30 days providing the verification code and case ID for this application. Once the Trademark Correspondent confirms they have shared the verification code, you will then receive an email to confirm your approval for Brand Registry.
