急!US站点Beauty类目产品收到美国消费品安全委员会(CPSC)的立即召回通知,亚马逊要求我们与CPSC联系并要求我们声明自愿召回已出售的商品,我们应该怎么办?

  • 2月19日ASIN收到【商品合规性请求】,当时listing还没有被下架,我们及时提交了各种UL文件,2月26日ASIN通过了审核;

  • 3月2日ASIN收到【Product Safety Concern】的case,listing直接被下架,我们也按照要求提供了各种UL文件,但是一直到今天都没有恢复listing,询问客服也说查不到原因。
  • 早上来翻邮箱的时候突然发现了这封邮件:

 
Dear Seller:
I am writing to inform you of a compliance matter needing your immediate attention involving the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) regarding the following ASINs that you sold on Amazon.
B0XXXXXXXX - PRODUCT TITLE
On March 2, 2021 Amazon received a letter from the CPSC in relation to the Immediate Recall of the ASINs mentioned above.
We respectfully request that you conduct the voluntary safety recall, or if you or the manufacturer have testing reports or other information that evidences the failure alleged by CPSC is not accurate, Amazon and CPSC need to know about that immediately.  
The CPSC has set certain deadlines with respect to a potential recall of the products, so it is crucial that you respond and engage in this dialogue as soon as possible.  Importantly, please be aware that if you do not do so, and Amazon must take action in relation to the ASINs and refund consumers, it will seek immediate reimbursement from you.
Please complete the following steps immediately:
1. Email the following contact at the CPSC: Joseph F. Williams, Senior Compliance Officer
o       Email: JFWilliams@cpsc.gov
2.      Please share with the CPSC that you are writing them to voluntary recall the ASINs B0XXXXXXXX, which you sold on Amazon.
3.      Send a screenshot of your communication with the CPSC to the following email: regulatoryscreenshots@amazon.com

Please note that if we do not receive a screenshot from you of your communication with the CPSC within the next 24 hours, your selling privileges may be revoked according to your Business Solution Agreement.

我们现在正准备把ASIN各种检测报告和证书发给CPSC,请问发邮件给CPSC的时候有哪些点是需要注意的?有没有模板可供参考?

关注此问题且遭遇同样原因被下架产品的卖家朋友请注意!!!我们这个被CPSC召回产品的店铺已经被扣款80W刀了!扣款的总额就是这个链接从上架到被下架的所有销售额!!!请大家引起重视!赶紧转移库存+撤销同品牌授权的其他店铺+注销信用卡和店铺!!!动作要快!!!

之前有遇到类似问题,但是不是美国,是欧洲。
当时我们是收到欧盟的召回通知,然后我们是提交了亚马逊要求的所有认证、资料,开了几十个case,都没有成功。然后就必须要移仓,所有的库存都不能在原listing卖了,而且必须有欧代。然后再提交POA,可以帮忙恢复原listing。但是经此一役,原listing恢复也作用不大了,毕竟到现在好几个月了,库存都还没移除完。
我们也根据亚马逊邮件里留的欧盟产品安全委员会的联系方式去尝试沟通,但是没有收到任何回复。
同样的情况,英国跟欧盟一样提交了所有的资料,认证,一次就审核通过了;所以目前英国是正常可售的。我们猜测是不是因为英国脱欧的原因,不理会欧盟的召回。
