原因:We were unable to verify information related to your seller account, or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history.

We have reviewed your account, and have determined that your account will be permanently deactivated. Your listings have been removed. Any available FBA inventory should be removed within 30 days or it may be eligible for disposal.
Why is this happening?
We were unable to verify information related to your seller account, or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history.
In order to reactivate your account, please contact us at the email address below and request reactivation. We will conduct a comprehensive investigation into your account history and activities of related accounts to determine if reactivation is appropriate. As part of our investigation we will utilize third party information and or government agencies to validate identity documentation, financial instruments and any supply chain documentation associated with your account. We may request additional documentation on your identity, financial instruments, and supply chain documentation for items you wish to sell upon re-activation.
How do I request re-activation?
Please contact disbursement-appeals@amazon.com and request re-activation.
What happens if I do not request a reactivation investigation?
If we do not receive a re-activation request or if your appeal for account reactivation is not successful, your account will be permanently closed. No further action is required on your part.
