因为买家账号被禁用导致的卖家账号无法登录的解决办法如下:(我朋友亲身经历,真实有效)
 
亚马逊客服电话
海外拨打862865332666
国内拨打400-810-5666 
他打的是4008105666,按3,再按1,跟客服说你的买家账号不能登录,让她帮忙解封,不要说自己是卖家,提供邮箱,地址、邮编、手机短信验证码、信用卡后四位、信用卡有效期等。这些信息都是跟卖家后台一致的!
 
如果这个客服跟你说没有办法解封。你就多换几个人就好了,跟你在亚马逊后台开case一样。需要权限高一些的客服。
 
你可以尝试一下。这是解决最快的方法。买家账号解封了,卖家账号就可以登陆了。
