产品是尿布垫-记忆棉，没有下架邮件，就是提示商品有移除风险
很奇怪的一点是：我们把资料通过邮件发送审核团队，他们表示资料可以通过，但是我们实际提交却立马被拒。也不是每次被拒都会有回复。

以下是回复的邮件：

疑问：1.我提交的认证都包含以下信息，但是仍然被拒，请问被拒原因是否就是以上总结的那2点，我是否解读正确？还有没有其他忽略的点？
1、产品信息
2、产品适用的所有的法规和条列
3、进口商或制造商（美国本土）的信息：
4、支撑证书的检测结果档案持有人的信息：
5、产品生产日期和地址，生产日期必须到年月，地址必须到城市；
6、检测时间和地址或者证书基于的检测报告
7、第三方检测机构信息（CPSC认可的实验室）
 
2.服务商说相关信息图替换成包装图，是否该听？
3.第2点原因，我的追踪标签的格式是否有问题？清晰度够吗？为啥亚马逊觉得不够清晰？
4.test/cpc证书要保持一样的电话格式？（认证和检测报告我没有放在附件里）
 
求大神解答！
