因侵权账户被冻结,赔偿和解后,美国站放款正常,加拿大站仍无法提款。 给各个部门开了case,客服团队答非所问。 站内外邮箱也检查过了,没有相关邮件。 怎么办呢?

去年十二月店铺因为侵权被冻结,一月份律所和解之后,美国站二月份已经放款正常,现在四月份了,加拿大站还不能提款。
给各个部门开了case,客服团队答非所问。
站内外邮箱也检查过了,没有相关邮件。
怎么办呢?

让品牌方提供撤诉书(settlement agreement),后台开case附上撤诉书请求解冻资金,同时用注册邮箱发邮件给payments-funds@amazon.comnotice-dispute@amazon.com。过几天资金就解冻可以正常提款了。

We get your notice that our disbursements from your seller account have been placed on hold on December  xx, 2020.

We Contact the rights owner directly: 品牌方, then we reach an agreement , we pay $xxxx for 品牌方 from amazon account, then all the problems solved, we can sell on amazon again, the attachment is the file for the settlement agreement.

Amazon has withdrawn $xxxx from my account on January xx (see detail at the attached photo), and 品牌方 already received the transfer and notified you to release our account. But the remaining funds of my account are still reserved. May I ask when my account can be transferred normally? So that we can start to operate this account normally.
