关于店铺收到eps流氓律所邮件如何解决，没有收到亚马逊方面的邮件，问客服也是说正常，但是7.1才开始新一轮提款周期，目前我已经开了假期模式，不知道是否会回款，也不知道资金是否被冻结，求问

Notice of Lawsuit and Order to Show Cause
Civil Case No. 22-cv-5044 (PKC); Moonbug Entertainment Limited and Treasure Studio Inc. v. akwugfdfo1ddc, et al.
We are legal counsel to Moonbug Entertainment Limited and Treasure Studio Inc. (“Plaintiffs” or “Moonbug and Treasure”). This letter serves as notice that a lawsuit has been filed by Moonbug and Treasure against you (“Defendant”) in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Case No. 22-cv-5044 (PKC) (“Lawsuit”). All relevant documents can be accessed and downloaded below.
On June 17, 2022, the Court entered an ex parte Temporary Restraining Order, Order Restraining Merchant Storefronts and Defendants’ Assets with the Financial Institutions, Order to Show Cause Why a Preliminary Injunction Should Not Issue, Order Authorizing Bifurcated and Alternative Service and Order Authorizing Expedited Discovery against Defendants (“TRO”). On June 22, 2022, the Court entered an Order inter alia, modifying and extending the TRO (“June 22, 2022 Order”) (the TRO and June 22, 2022 Order are collectively, hereinafter referred to as the “Orders”).
Pursuant to the Orders, Defendant is ordered to appear before Judge P. Kevin Castel in Courtroom 11D of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, located at 500 Pearl St., New York, New York on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 11:30 p.m. EST, or at such other time that the Court deems appropriate and show cause why a preliminary injunction should not issue against Defendant (“Show Cause Hearing”).
Please be advised that Defendant’s failure to appear at the Show Cause Hearing may result in the imposition of a preliminary injunction against you, which may extend throughout the length of the Lawsuit.

1：目前我已经开了假期模式，不知道是否会回款，也不知道资金是否被冻结；这个有一种情况就是律所起诉期间，亚马逊还没有收到对方发给亚马逊平台的临时冻结令，这种情况下，亚马逊方面是没有办法查到的，所以在未冻结的情况下，赶紧提款，别管其他，提取资金才是首要任务；
2：根据你的冻结金额来看以及销售侵权产品的销售额及数量来看，其实这个和解金不会太高，毕竟对方是EPS律所，并不是GBC，如果是GBC律所，那除了和解金有可能你还要倒贴一些进去，EPS的要价可以谈的，你可以跟服务商说你的最终接受价格在2000-3000左右，应该是可以谈下来的，推荐你找sellerguard这个服务商，我的案件是他们和解，效率比较快，也比较专业，但是费用会相对高一点
