1.先回顾下最近的操作，最近有没有得罪什么人，比如测评没返款，低价跟卖别人的链接，比如离职的员工搞事情
从源头找到问题，联系对方删掉差评，别人跟你无冤无仇，为什么要给你上直评差评，这肯定是有事情没解决，这些事无非就是钱上面的事，都是能解决的，不然店铺不出单，如果被亚马逊查到操纵评价，损失更大
如果确定找不到这个方面的原因，那就只能走亚马逊上删差评的路子
 
2.亚马逊上删差评的路子有好几个
A.每天没事多点 直评差评的Report abuse，呀不要找服务商搞这个事情，他们用多账号去点了之后，明明没有操纵评价的，这下被抓了，用自己的卖家号去点就好了，说不定次数多了，亚马逊就处理了
B.开邮件Case找对应的团队处理，普通的客服没有权限解决这个事情的，去帮助/我要开店/商品、商品信息或库存/商品评论 这个路径写邮件，按照这个模板去写

And we check he review record ,so many bad unverified review, Many reivew is left in same days
We received many bad unverified review with the have this contact way : We Chat: cxjdying or VX: cxjdying
Obviously this reviewer is a robot account to manupilate the review.

理由可以说是机器人上，竞争对手恶意上差评 敲诈，客人从来没有买过或者用过这个产品发布的是虚假评价等等，理由要充分，多根据直评差评的内容上找突破点，不用写客套话，因为这个团队是不会回复结果，所以要抄送 community-help@amazon.com 到这个邮箱，就能收到答复了

3，如果还是去不掉，建议先等等，亚马逊会自己扫描，扫到这些直评差评，也就掉了，因为他们上直评差评的账号也是买的，不靠谱的，很快就会因为上直评被封，评价也就没有了。如果竞争手上一直在上，你又没有 有效率的办法去掉，那他上的速度大于你去掉或者上好评的速度，这种也不好，建议缓缓，等那个人没劲了，不闹了，再上好评和想办法去差评，
