产品情况：该产品已经卖了两年多，目前库存只有一百多，现在本来就是清货状态，打算卖完就下架的，没想到来这么一出。
没有查到这家公司的专利号，可能是我不会查。。。
问过供应商那边，他们说只有欧洲的专利，没有美国的。




 
第一次碰到这种情况，咨询了一些人，说是法院冻结，需要和解，是无法申诉的，否则里面的钱是拿不出来的，虽然里面没多少钱，但是我们有两款私模产品在上面卖，还在新品推广阶段。也有人说没什么问题，只是listing和库存不能要了。
 
想知道这种情况该怎么去处理？可以直接提交行动计划书解决还是必须去和解？
