美国站在2022年8月份上架了一款儿童玩具产品，上架当天就触发CPC审核，我们通过了。但是在9月中旬库存到货后却收到了Amazon.com Product Safety Team的下架邮件：

Dear Seller, 
 
We are currently removing all listings for some product(s) you have offered for sale on Amazon.com because of reported safety concerns. Please note that you will not be penalized for the first-time cancellation of these listings. However, we prohibit re-listing products on Amazon.com once it is brought to your attention that sales of those products are not permitted. 
 
You should not ship any pending customer orders for this product yourself. 
 
If you would like to appeal this decision, please submit an up-to-date (within the last year) CPSIA Compliance testing documentation from a CPSC approved laboratory, in addition to safety standard ASTM F963 if the product is a toy to Seller Support .
 
仔细查看以上邮件可以得出产品是因为食品安全导致被下架的，需要提供最近一年内的CPC证书以及CPSIA、ASTM F963的文件。好在我们的产品以上材料齐全并且检测报告是在今年6月份新做的，报告内容与Listing内容一致，包括标题，年龄，型号等等。
 
当我们满心希望提交相关报告之后，收到亚马逊不接受上诉的回复：

Regarding your enquiry about ASIN because the product is unsellable, I understand that dealing with ASIN because the product is not safe to sell is very important to your store's sales, and I'd be happy to investigate this.

We are currently removing all listings for some product(s) you have offered for sale on Amazon.com because of reported safety concerns. We will not be accepting appeals or reinstating this product. We prohibit re-listing products on Amazon.com once it is brought to your attention that sales of those products are not permitted.

好家伙，直接不接受任何申诉了，CPC报告我们确定符合规定（CPSIA 总铅+邻苯；ASTM F963-17 玩具标准；16 CFR Part 1501 小部件.），Lisitng我们也确定是保持和CPC报告一致的，CPC检测报告是今年6月份做的，更别说有多新鲜了。
 
现在已经过去2个多月的时间，目前Listing已经翻新到新的ASIN上，新的ASIN是正常的，但是亚马逊库存一直是预留中，无法销售，也不能移除，经过多方调查，现在已经基本确实产品是被召回的状态了，不奢求库存能够重新转为在售了，只求怎么样才能将库存移走就好？亚马逊旺季仓储费不是开玩笑的。
